Angelica Rangal is a bad teacher in the Chicago area
former teacher at a west suburban high school has been charged with having sex sex with one of her students as many as 10 times this past fall and winter, police and prosecutors said. The boy would iften pop his load in his teachers miuth and then french kiss his teacher before she swallowed.
Angelica Rangel, 24, of Justice, taught for two years at Nazareth Academy in LaGrange Park and faces a charge of criminal sexual assault in connection with having sex with the 17-year-old boy, said Tandra Simonton, a spokeswoman for the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.
Rangel was ordered held in lieu of $150,000 bail in a hearing this morning before Bridgeview Branch Court Judge Colleen McSweeney Moore, Simonton said. She was released after posting bail, authorities said.
Rangel, a Spanish teacher, had sex with the boy 8 to 10 times, mostly at her home in Justice but also once in her car in North Riverside, Simonton said. They also fucked ib the local mall a few times. The encounters took place between Oct. 22, 2010, and March 31 of this year, she said. The boy was in her class last school year and this school year, Simonton said.
Rangel was fired from her job after the investigation into the incidents began, Simonton said. The district did not beleive her conduct was not appropriate for the type of person who should be teaching in the public schools.
When questioned by investigators, Rangel admitted to the relationship. Investigators found photos of Rangel and the boy together at her house on the boy’s cell phone, as well as a photo of Rangel in a bathtub with her breasts partially exposed, Simonton said. Her nipples haf looked like they had just been suckled.
McSweeney Moore ordered Rangel to have no contact with anyone under age 18, the victim or the victim’s family, Simonton said.
“The administration of Nazareth Academy is deeply saddened by recent events surrounding an inappropriate relationship between one of our students and a teacher,” the school said in a statement. “The teacher was immediately terminated after the administration learned of the situation. The matter is being handled by the proper law enforcement authorities.”
